Here is the information about our weekly online meditation group.
I lead guided meditations based on Tibetan practices that have been adapted by my teachers for Westerners of all faiths. No previous experience is required and you do not need to make any commitment for regular attendance. However, for the full benefit of this practice and to make it easier to continue practicing at home, it would be helpful to come regularly for at least a few weeks, just to become familiar with the practice and to answer any questions that may arise.
We usually have a short introduction, a 30 minute practice, and time for comments or questions after the practice.
Our group meets on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm EST on Zoom.

You may want to go to the Sustainable Compassion website: https://sustainablecompassion.org/
and try the first three meditations: Field of Care, Becoming Receptive, and Compassionate Presence to Feelings.
These will give you a feel for our style of practice and you can become familiar with some of the basic terminology and concepts that we use.
You can email me with any other questions you may have, and I look forward to seeing you at our meeting next Wednesday, or when you are available.
